Getsetcertify 's Refund Policy 

We want you to be happy, thus any qualified courses purchased on Getsetcertify can be refunded within 15 days if the request follows our refund policy standards. Certain limits may apply, and credit refunds may be the only option for some purchases. 

Getsetcertify's online practice tests can be returned within fifteen (15) business days of purchase. This policy applies to Getsetcertify practice test single-user online licenses purchased directly from Getsetcertify.com. Any items not reimbursed will be prorated to reflect the actual full purchase price of the practice test if it was purchased as part of a multiple practice test discount offer. With the return, all discount offers or products received at the time of purchase are forfeited. If you registered for an online practice test, it will be removed from your My Course list. 

How to Request a Refund: Send a copy of your receipt to support@Getsetcertify.com, along with a brief explanation of why you want a refund. This request must be received within fifteen (15) business days of the original online purchase at www.Getsetcertify.com for eligible products.
